3D Design
We design and program the inserts in our CAD/CAM workstation and 3D simulation. The inserts is designed with proper geometry to meet different machining application.
Tooling & Pressing
We design and produce pressing molds for the insert in our factory. Ensure the best stable quality of inserts, which are made from high quality grade powder and uniform cutting edges in automatic pressing process.
Sintering
Sintering process in Winstar control the porosities and hardness for maintaining the quality stability of inserts.
Grinding
High precision Swiss CNC grinders insure accurate tolerance and various profiles of inserts.
Coating
We have in house high quality Nano coating facilities from Germany, which provide extremely high oxidation and heat resistance of the inserts. The coated inserts are good for dry, wet and high speed machining.
Inspection
The Germany instruments are implemented for the product inspection under ISO 9001 quality management system.
